Black Eyed Peas mastermind teases a collabo with the pop princess on #willpower, set for 2012 release.

In a sea of A-list contributions for will.i.am's forthcoming solo album, the Black Eyed Peas mastermind recently dropped one name that will really get pop fans excited. Speaking with <a href="http://www.capitalfm.com/artists/william/news/britney-spears-alicia-keys-new-album/" target="_blank">Capital FM</a>, will teased that his Femme Fatale collaborator Britney Spears will make an appearance on the album, dubbed #willpower. <div class="player-placeholder right" id="vid:638813" width="240" height="211"></div> "I have a song with Alicia Keys — me, Alicia and Swedish House Mafia. I have a song with the Beats, which is pretty grand. Me and Shakira have been trying to finish the stuff we started, and me and Britney is really crazy," he said. "So we got a song with me, LMFAO and Eva Simons, a song with me and Busta Rhymes and Swizz Beatz — I got a whole other bunch of collaborations." Spears and will.i.am last worked together on "Big Fat Bass," a spacey, grinding party tune complete with clapping noises and some rapping from will himself. Their recording session was featured on the MTV special <a href="/news/articles/1660830/britney-spears-femme-fatale-previews.jhtml">"I Am the Femme Fatale."</a> There's been no word yet from will's camp about the song and whether this is a new track or if he will be including "Big Fat Bass" on the album. The rapper/producer's love for Brit is hardly anything new: He <a href="/news/articles/1662289/britney-spears-will-i-am-big-fat-bass.jhtml">gushed to MTV News about the pop princess</a> months after they recorded together. "[I discovered] her love for music. I never seen anyone, like, come alive, full of excitement and giggling and laughing behind the mic," will recalled to MTV News. "She was like a little kid when she was recording the song, and it just brought the whole atmosphere, it changed the whole atmosphere when someone really loves music. So it was great working with her." His latest single, "T.H.E (The Hardest Ever)," featuring Jennifer Lopez and Mick Jagger, dropped late last year. #willpower, which also features "X Factor" judge Nicole Scherzinger, will be released later this year. Taking part in some fun activities in the sun, Nicole ?Snooki? Polizzi and Jenni ?JWoww? Farley were spotted in Mexico on Friday (March 16) for the filming of their new reality show.

The "Jersey Shore" pair looked perfect for their day with the dolphins as they suited up in their bikinis and life jackets before heading out on the water for some time with the friendly sea mammals.

The Mexican vacation comes just after the girls started filming their "Jersey Shore" spin-off, "Snooki and JWoww vs. The World,? wherein Miss Farley says you can expect to see a different side to them.

Besides the fact that Snooki won't be doing any drinking due to her recently announced pregnancy, JWoww dished to UsWeekly that they "want it to be different than Jersey Shore, so it's not always going to at the club, drinking and partying," she said. "It's the first time I'm going to be on my own for real. You've only seen the party side of us."

On her 'loud' personality: ?I am quite loud and bolshie,? she says (British slang for unruly and clamorous). ?I?m a big personality. I walk into a room, big and tall and loud.? Indeed. There is no doubt when Adele is in the building. The rule of thumb for protecting one?s vocal cords, she tells me, is: If people are more than an arm?s length away, you shouldn?t talk to them. ?But I am like, Wah! Wah! Wah!,? she says, laughing. ?It?s really bad.?

On giving up drinking last May: ?Don?t like drinking anymore. I think I got it out of my system. D?yaknowhaImean??

On her vocal troubles: ?I?ve been singing properly every day since I was about fifteen or sixteen and I have never had any problems with my voice, ever. I?ve had a sore throat here and there, had a cold and sung through it, but that day it just went while I was onstage in Paris during a radio show. It was literally like someone had pulled a curtain over it.? She flew to London the next morning to see her doctor and was diagnosed with acute laryngitis. After a couple weeks? rest, she continued her European tour, came to America, and then her voice went again in May. ?That was a hemorrhage... a burst blood vessel on my vocal cord. That healed, I did a tour, and then it happened again at my best friend?s wedding on October 1.?

On getting support through her surgery from other artists: ?John Mayer had it done at the same time as I did and he really helped me be chilled out about it. Roger Daltrey?s had loads of stuff done; Steven Tyler reached out; Elton John. Lots of artists have had problems with their voices, but you don?t know about it. And they are still singing incredibly well in their 50s and 60s.?

On her six Grammy nominations: ?I burst into tears when I found out. And I would love, absolutely love, to win. This record is coming to an end, and that would be the final brick on it.? [gallery=821]

In front of a crowd that included <a href="/news/articles/1679223/lady-gaga-oprah-winfrey-foundation.jhtml">Oprah Winfrey</a>, the New York natives kicked off their inspirational foundation, hoping to empower the youth of America. "I was recently with the great Gloria Steinem, who said that sometimes the only way you can get attention to a problem is to freak people out," <a href="http://act.mtv.com/posts/lady-gaga-launches-born-this-way-foundation/">Oprah said at the event</a>." 'Break the form,' she said. You have to stop playing the game in order to change the content. Lady Gaga, with her music and her message and her own story, is breaking the form, and she is changing consciousness. She says that she wasn't put on earth just to sing songs; her passion is to be that force for good. The Born This Way Foundation is in line with so many of my core beliefs." Gaga enthusiastically opened up about the foundation and what she hopes to do with it. "I just have one thing to say before we get started: We got Oprah! ... Thank you from all of us — from my entire team, from my mother, from the bottom of the hearts of so many people who believe in what we're doing today," she said, wearing a chocolate-brown gown, brown lace gloves, towering platforms and a sparkly fishnet hat. "I'm not here today to give you an answer. And I'm not here to tell you I can solve these problems [of bullying]. This is about transformative change in culture over a period of time. One of the most important things I wanted to share with all of you today, it's no secret I speak out against bullying. This is not an anti-bullying foundation; this is a youth-empowerment foundation," she continued. "This is about changing the climate of the school environment and not putting the power in the hands of the teachers or the government. It is about the bubble effect. I don't believe they have the answers; I believe that you do." In addition to her fans, Gaga said her biggest influence to start the foundation is her own Mother Monster. "My mother really inspires me, because she talked about giving back ever since I was very, very young," she said. "And the more that I got to know my fans, the more that I realized that not everybody has that support system at home." Her mother later enthused that despite the snow outside, "It is even more beautiful inside because we are launching the foundation. The youth that is listening: you are the leaders of our future." Gaga also revealed another aspect of the foundation: "There is a bus now called the Born Brave Bus. So the Born Brave Bus is essentially a bus that is going to travel and follow my tour bus around the country, and it will welcome anyone from any walk of life to come and hang out and talk about love, acceptance, kindness and so forth. And the best thing about it it's going to be fun. It's going to essentially be a tailgate. This is not about saying, 'I need help,' but if you do, you can come. If you want to help someone else, you can come and say 'Hey, what's up?' " At the end of the day, Gaga said the foundation "is all about saying the power is in your hands. There really is sort of a focus on the victim, but what I want to point out today is that the victim and the bully are on the same playing field. How do we say, 'You are both equal members of society'? How do we not save not just the victim, but also the bully? I want the Born This Way Foundation to empower the youth of the world." Gaga further explained that one of the core values is teaching her fans to empower themselves to be "brave." "This, again, is not focused on bullying, the bravery aspect; I want for young people to know they have the power," she said. "How can we inspire young people to know they have the power to be brave?"

LG Optimus V getting a security update, will likely block rooting

The LG Optimus V has an update waiting for it, you might have received a text message from Virgin about it. The update offers a security fix "that will protect your handset from security vulnerabilities that may occur either through a remote attacker’s access attempt or through a 3rd party application’s ability to access code that could be used to exploit data on the handset". They even provide a link to the National Vulnerability Database on their FAQ page, making it look very official and serious.

You'll have to download the update and install it manually via your computer (see the source links for details), and you won't have a new version of Android to play with when you're done, unfortunately. But security patches are the types of updates that are truly important, so it's good to see them.

In all likelihood, these exploits being patched will kill the current root methods. Rumor has it that this is the only reason for the update, but rumors are rumors. In any case, if you're riding the root train on your Optimus V (and with the dev team we have in the forums, who could blame you?) you should probably skip this one until those same developers say differently. I went to the premiere on Tuesday and it was the coolest thing ever. First, the movie is AMAZING and Chris Evans is a superstar. Second, there were so many damn people there it was insane. I have been to movie premieres in New York before and they were nothing like this. I mean, they closed down Hollywood Boulevard. I would've taken photos to show you, but the invite said to leave phones in the car. But here's a photo of me in my cool Captain America 3D glasses:

The talent booked for the "A Conversation With" panels at this year's annual South by Southwest Film Festival were big enough draws to warrant very long lines of fans and hopeful attendees eager to spend an hour and a half with the likes of Joss Whedon and Seth MacFarlane. Whedon's panel delivered a few fun newsy bites about "Marvel's The Avengers" and his surprise adaptation of Shakespeare's "Much Ado About Nothing."

MacFarlane's panel took the surprise element to the next level in presenting the enthusiastic audience with eight minutes of footage from his upcoming live-action directorial debut, "Ted," as well as the very raunchy red band and the very special guest appearance of star Mark Wahlberg.

The "Family Guy" mastermind and "Fighter" star spoke enthusiastically about their shared experiences making the R-rated buddy/ semi-romantic comedy, which revolves around the friendship between a grown man (Wahlberg) and his childhood best friend, a magical talking teddy bear (voiced by MacFarlane), and how that gets in the way of his romantic relationship with girlfriend Lori (Mila Kunis).

MTV News was lucky enough to chat with MacFarlane and surprise guest Wahlberg after their very well-received panel on Sunday, during which their mutual admiration for each other along with their genuine love for the film were obvious.

"He was a huge pain in the ass, man, he asked for $70 million, the bastard," MacFarlane joked about the difficulties in getting the actor/producer to sign on.

"I only got $65 [million]," Wahlberg countered. "Sometimes you gotta make compromises in this economy."

"This was a natural fit from the get-go," MacFarlane said about their partnership, before being interrupted by a noisy bird squawking in the tree overhead.

"What the f--- kind of animal was that?" Wahlberg asked, causing MacFarlane to bust out in laughter. "First I thought it was Henry. I've never heard that kind of squeak ... it's up there somewhere."

"Do you all have spider monkeys here in Austin?" MacFarlane joked, before getting back to explaining why Wahlberg was the perfect choice for the lead role.

"It was a good fit from the get-go. It's a balance tonally for the script, it had to be funny and at the same time it had to be real," he said. "It was kind of a comedic tightrope. It was a very contemporary style of comedy and on top of all that, the actor was going to have to interact with empty space most of the time.

"The thespian," Wahlberg corrected.

"Yeah, the thespian," MacFarlane said with a smile. "This guy just knocked it out of the park."

"I just fell in love with the script," Wahlberg admitted about what interested him in playing opposite a CG teddy bear to begin with. "I read the script before I had the opportunity to meet with Seth and before, I think, there was any interest from him in me playing the role. Even the premise, it all depends on who's telling you the premise because it could sound really great or really ridiculous. As soon as I read the script, literally 30 pages in, I forgot that it was a teddy bear. I loved the relationship between these two guys and also the relationship with the female character, Mila's character."

And while there are plenty of sweet, warm, fuzzy moments between the two best friends, this is a Seth MacFarlane movie, so there are just as many outrageous moments that will have audiences rolling in the aisles.

"Mark gets into a pretty full-on 'Bourne Identity'-esque fistfight with his teddy bear, which is definitely something I don't think people have seen before," MacFarlane revealed.

"I think what's pretty outrageous as well is that the teddy bear is having sex with the checkout girl at the back of the supermarket on top of a bunch of fresh produce, and instead of getting terminated, he gets a promotion because of it," Wahlberg added.

"It does happen."

Wahlberg and MacFarlane's live-action collaboration "Ted" opens in theaters nationwide on July 13.

Kim Kardashian's Post-Church Family Fun Day

Sticking with her routine while bringing a close to the weekend, Kim Kardashian attended her local church's service before enjoying some quality family bondding in Calabasas, California on Sunday afternoon (March 11).

The well-dressed 31-year-old reality star toted nephew Mason in her arms while joined by sister Kourtney and mother Kris Jenner on a trip to the Calabasas Commons shopping center.

The trio of ladies and little Mason first headed to the Marmalade Cafe for a tasty brunch before imbibing on a shopping session while hitting up a few of the nearby stores.

Tweeting about the day's doings, Kim kept her followers in the know by writing, "Happy Sunday! Church with the family! Hope you all enjoy your Sunday!"

Meanwhile, the brunette beauty also announced that she'll be launching her new fragrance True Reflection on March 22nd during a function held at The London West Hollywood.

With tickets costing $180, attendees will be treated to cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and a special musical performance by Carolina Liar - with proceeds set to benefit Dress for Success Worldwide.

Founded in New York City back in 1997, the charitable organization has a mission to "promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life."

Will Beyonce Grace The Grammys Red Carpet?

Experts weigh in on when the new mom will make her next appearance, and when we might get to see Blue Ivy.

<a href="/news/articles/1678726/beyonce-post-baby-appearance-blue-ivy.jhtml">Beyoncé has already stepped out</a> not once but twice support of Jay-Z as he held two <a href="/news/articles/1678669/jay-z-carnegie-hall.jhtml">shows at Carnegie Hall</a> this week in New York City, and now her fans are wondering when and where the next great B sighting might be. <div class="player-placeholder right" id="vid:732758" width="240" height="211"></div> Will it be at the <a href="http://www.mtv.com/news/grammys/">Grammy Awards</a> on Sunday? Or is she going to save it for when she reveals her <a href="/news/articles/1677033/blue-ivy-beyonce-jay-z-leaves-hospital.jhtml">daughter, Blue Ivy</a>, for the first time? "This option was typical Beyoncé. She isn't interested in getting paid to pose on a tabloid cover. It was a non-event," Huffington Post celebrity columnist Rob Shuter told MTV News about the first two <a href="http://rapfix.mtv.com/2012/02/08/beyonce-photos-carnegie-hall-night-two/">Queen B sightings</a>. "She isn't one of those reality-type celebrities that turn up at everything just to be seen. Her next big moment will be when she walks a red carpet for a project she is involved in." With Beyoncé choosing to go a more low-key route this week, celebrity editor <a href="http://gossipdavid.com" target="_blank">David Caplan</a> notes that there's a good chance that she may walk the carpet this Sunday. She's up for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for her Andre 3000-assisted 4 track, "Party," as well as Best Long Form Music Video for her "I Am ... World Tour" special. Jay-Z is also up for some prizes, including Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song and Best Rap Album for the work he did with Kanye West on "Otis" and Watch the Throne. "Going forward, I expect her next big reveal to be at a show like the Grammys, where she can really jazz it up with a gown, which people want to see," he noted. "I think we'll see Beyoncé gradually appear in more photos at events with Jay-Z as she seeks to get back into the groove. And once those baby photos are out, I wouldn't be surprised to see her out and about occasionally with Blue doing mommy-related tasks." So, how should we expect to see those first photos? "Since Beyoncé chose to make the reveal by simply stepping out, and letting the throngs of photographers waiting for her to have a field day by taking tons of photos, her reveal allowed every media outlet to run the photos and make the reveal themselves, as opposed to if Beyoncé made an exclusive first post-baby picture deal with a magazine like People or Us or a monthly magazine like Vogue or Vanity Fair," he said. "Stylistically, had she done a proper shoot with a magazine, the photos would have a much more top-notch quality to them, but when celebs do such photo shoots, they open themselves up to scrutiny since the public sometimes shuns on celebs who get paid for such photos, which happens, especially with the celebrity weeklies," he continued. "But the photos are great, and it's obvious she worked with at least one photo agency, since she posted very clear photos of herself on her website." And, since B has already been out and about, that ultimately affects the value of future pictures of her. "Now that the first pics of her post-baby have been revealed, the monetary value of subsequent photos of her — without her baby, of course — will be of course pricey," Caplan said. "But ultimately less in value since there's already a set out." Well, whenever B decides to make her big red-carpet statement or introduce the world to Blue Ivy, she's certainly already floored her friends with her dazzling post-baby looks. "She looks fantastic. She looks fantastic. I told her she looks so hot!" <a href="/news/articles/1678927/beyonce-blue-ivy-appearance.jhtml">Kelly Rowland</a> exclaimed to MTV News this week.
